Habakkuk 3:9

Thy bow was made quite bare; The oaths to the tribes were a sure word. [Selah. Thou didst cleave the earth with rivers.

You took the sheath from your bow; the arrows are ready to be used with an oath. Selah You split the earth with rivers.

Your bow was made quite ready; Oaths were sworn over Your arrows. Selah You divided the earth with rivers.

You brandished your bow and your quiver of arrows. You split open the earth with flowing rivers.
