Devotional Guidance
My dearest child, hear the gentle truth of the heart regarding trust. To truly trust is to place your complete faith in the One who holds all power and promises eternal peace. It means choosing to lean upon His unfailing mercy rather than relying on your own limited understanding or fear.
When you trust in Him, you are free from the chains of worry and oppression, knowing that His power is greater than any trial. He redeems the soul of those who believe, and when we surrender our hearts to Him, we find favor and good understanding. Trusting God is not a passive waiting; it is an active decision to acknowledge His sovereignty in every path, allowing Him to direct your steps and grant you the long life and peace you truly deserve. Rest in this truth, for He is faithful.
Psalms 55:23
23. But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee.
Jeremiah 39:18
18. For I will surely deliver thee, and thou shalt not fall by the sword, but thy life shall be for a prey unto thee: because thou hast put thy trust in me, saith the LORD.
Psalms 62:10-12
10. Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them . 11. God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God. 12. Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
Psalms 34:22
22. The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
Proverbs 3:1-7
1. My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: 2. For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. 3. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: 4. So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. 5. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
