Devotional Guidance
My beloved child, let us reflect on the nature of pride. It is a heavy cloak that seeks to wrap around us, convincing us that our worth is found in what we have accomplished or how others view us. But the wisdom of the Spirit shows us a different path. True value is not measured by our achievements alone, but by the humility with which we acknowledge the gifts we have been given.
When we shift our focus from self-glorification to recognizing God's sovereign hand, our hearts become light. Remember that the greatest honor is found not in boasting about our own crowns, but in allowing God to establish our true place. By choosing to think of Him for good, we find the peace that comes from understanding that all blessings flow from His grace. Let us instead offer praise, knowing that all things are made by Him, and let His name be the only source of our lasting honor.

19. Think upon me, my God, for good, according to all that I have done for this people.
Psalms 132:17-18
17. There will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained a lamp for mine anointed. 18. His enemies will I clothe with shame: but upon himself shall his crown flourish.
