Devotional Guidance
My beloved child, remember this truth: perseverance is not about striving in your own strength, but about trusting in the One who holds all things. When we wait upon the Lord, He promises to renew our strength, allowing us to endure trials and walk through weariness.
Through patience and faith, we are called to follow those who inherit the promises, knowing that true security rests not in our efforts, but in His faithfulness. Like the horse prepared for battle, our safety is found in Him. By committing our hearts to Him, we find the courage to wait, knowing that He works all things for our good. Endure with gentle hope, for the promises of God are sure and waiting for you.
Isaiah 40:31
31. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Hebrews 6:11-16
11. And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: 12. That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. 13. For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, 14. Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. 15. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
Proverbs 21:31
31. The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the LORD.
1 Peter 4:19
19. Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
Psalms 27:13-14
13. I had fainted , unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. 14. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
