Devotional Guidance
My beloved children, remember this truth: true judgment is not ours to wield, but belongs to the Father. We are called to look inward first, to consider the measure of our own hearts before we measure the faults in others. When we judge, we must pause and ask if we are seeing the whole truth, or merely a small shadow.
Understand that the weight of judgment is heavy, and it is better to seek wisdom than to condemn. Instead of focusing on the flaws in another, let us seek the grace to see our own needs and our own imperfections. True justice flows from a heart filled with compassion, seeking to lift up the oppressed, and trusting that God, in His perfect timing, brings about the righteous outcome. May we always choose kindness and understanding over harsh condemnation.
Matthew 7:1-5
1. Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4. Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Romans 2:1-4
1. Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. 2. But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. 3. And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
Deuteronomy 1:17-19
17. Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it. 18. And I commanded you at that time all the things which ye should do.
Psalms 10:18
18. To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may no more oppress.
Deuteronomy 17:9-11
9. And thou shalt come unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and inquire; and they shall shew thee the sentence of judgment: 10. And thou shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall shew thee; and thou shalt observe to do according to all that they inform thee:
