Devotional Guidance
My beloved child, know this: joy is not merely a fleeting feeling, but a deep, abiding reality gifted to us by the Father. It is found when we recognize that our true portion lies in the work we do, and when we anchor our hearts in the peace of God.
When we accept the garments of salvation and the robe of righteousness, our souls are filled with a joy that surpasses understanding. This joy blossoms when we delight in the Lord, knowing that He answers us in the happiness of our hearts. Look to the world around you—the beauty of creation reflects the joy God pours into our lives. May you always seek the peace that comes from knowing that the God of peace is with you, bringing you refreshment and everlasting delight.
Ecclesiastes 3:22
22. Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that is his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?
Romans 15:32-33
32. That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed. 33. Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
Psalms 65:12-13
12. They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side. 13. The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.
Isaiah 61:10-11
10. I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels. 11. For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
