What the Bible says about: hell

Devotional Guidance

My beloved child, let your heart be filled with peace as we reflect on the truth of God’s justice. When we speak of the place of judgment, we are speaking of the inevitable consequence of choices made in the world. The Scriptures teach us that wickedness and hatred bring forth profound sorrow, and those who reject God’s love face separation from Him. This place is understood not merely as a physical location, but as a consequence of unrighteousness, where the effects of sin are revealed. It is a place where the consequences of iniquity are made manifest, and where the memory of those who rejected divine mercy is eternally held. Yet, remember this above all: God is a God of immense compassion. While we acknowledge the gravity of consequence, we also hold onto the promise of His boundless mercy and the hope of redemption, for through Christ, there is always a way back to the Father’s loving embrace.
Job 8:22
22. They that hate thee shall be clothed with shame; and the dwelling place of the wicked shall come to nought.
Ezekiel 26:21
21. I will make thee a terror, and thou shalt be no more : though thou be sought for, yet shalt thou never be found again, saith the Lord GOD.
Isaiah 66:24
24. And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.
Isaiah 26:21
21. For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
Jeremiah 21:6-7
6. And I will smite the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast: they shall die of a great pestilence.
