Devotional Guidance
My beloved children, let your hearts be filled with the radiant truth of what it means to know God’s glory. Glory is not merely a feeling, but the very essence of God’s being—it is the light that shines from His heart, revealing His perfect righteousness and boundless love.
When we seek glory, we find it in recognizing that the work of the Spirit is glorious, especially the path of righteousness, which far surpasses any condemnation. God’s presence fills the places He touches, and through Him, we are brought into the light where darkness cannot exist. Rest in the knowledge that by His grace, we are brought into His presence, and we are given the hope of eternal glory, for He is the glory and majesty now and forever.
Isaiah 60:1-4
1. Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. 2. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. 3. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
Isaiah 46:13
13. I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my glory.
2 Chronicles 5:14
14. So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.
2 Corinthians 3:8-13
8. How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? 9. For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. 10. For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth. 11. For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious. 12. Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:
Jude 1:24-25
24. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, 25. To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
