Devotional Guidance
My beloved children, know this truth with a gentle heart: death is a shadow we all face, an inevitable part of this earthly journey. The scriptures remind us that life is a precious gift, and that we are called to live wisely, for every choice carries weight. While mortality is real, remember that God has a plan far greater than our fleeting time.
Death is not the final word, but a transition. It calls us to turn our hearts toward the eternal, knowing that our lives are meant to be lived in purpose and love. Do not fear the end, but live today with faith, trusting that our hope is secured in the everlasting promises of the Father.
Proverbs 5:23
23. He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.
Genesis 50:26
26. So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.
Ezekiel 18:32
32. For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves , and live ye.
1 Chronicles 10:4-7
4. Then said Saul to his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. So Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. 5. And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise on the sword, and died. 6. So Saul died, and his three sons, and all his house died together.
1 Samuel 31:4-7
4. Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. 5. And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise upon his sword, and died with him. 6. So Saul died, and his three sons, and his armourbearer, and all his men, that same day together.
