Devotional Guidance
My beloved children, come to me, and let your hearts be open. The truth of confession is a deeply loving invitation from your Father. It is not merely admitting what you have done, but humbly acknowledging your brokenness before the God who is infinitely merciful. When we confess our sins, we are not bringing shame, but seeking healing.
This act opens the door to true repentance, allowing us to wash clean our hearts and receive the cleansing grace we desperately need. In this honesty, we find the deep comfort of God’s boundless forgiveness. He desires a relationship with us, and through confession, we align ourselves with His perfect love. Rest in the knowledge that He waits patiently for you, ready to forgive and restore you.
Daniel 9:4-6
4. And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments; 5. We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:
Job 7:20-21
20. I have sinned; what shall I do unto thee, O thou preserver of men? why hast thou set me as a mark against thee, so that I am a burden to myself? 21. And why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? for now shall I sleep in the dust; and thou shalt seek me in the morning, but I shall not be .
Romans 9:1-5

Job 31:27-32
27. And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand: 28. This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judge: for I should have denied the God that is above. 29. If I rejoiced at the destruction of him that hated me, or lifted up myself when evil found him: 30. Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin by wishing a curse to his soul. 31. If the men of my tabernacle said not, Oh that we had of his flesh! we cannot be satisfied.
Psalms 51:1-4
1. To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba. Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. 2. Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. 3. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
